The InterCity Amateur Radio Club is saddened to report the passing of Michael Lynn Hartge, WO8R, on March 15, 2026. Mike was 68 years old and lived in Shelby, Ohio.
Mike was an electrical engineer who spent 20 years at Bender Communications. He was known for his humor, technical expertise, and dedication to SKYWARN weather monitoring. He is survived by two children and four grandchildren.
Mike will be greatly missed on the air and at club gatherings. Our thoughts are with his family.
